• My husband purchased these for me after reading the reviews about the hormonal support benefits of H.I. online. I've been pretty unwell for a couple of years now and whilst I'm now slowly recovering, my body has been knocked around. I've had extreme fatigue, headaches, I suffer from debilitating & painful periods, really bad insomnia, and rheumatic arthritis. If you add on top of that peri menopause you can imagine the miserable, cranky, tired mess I was. Sex was out of the question and things were pretty dire all round for everyone, not just me. Almost INSTANTLY there was a change. Within 2 days I was sleeping right through the night and waking up feeling refreshed. It's been nearly 5 years since I woke up feeling like I've slept through. • Suffer from hormone imbalance. Find Ignite is great for mood swings. Had a trial run of Ignite for three weeks (supplied by a friend) and felt really great mentally as well as physically.
